Our Style of Zinfandel is sophisticated yet simple, use only 100% Zinfandel varietal grapes– barrel aged in new Oak and used Oak for 20 months. Pronounced aromas of Blackberry, plum and spice that are forward giving way to a smooth & supple texture complemented by the berry and spice flavors that lead to a full finish
The 2007 vintage is our first of 3 that we offer. Some will say it is more spicy & cracked peppery than our 2008. Like all of our vintages, the smooth and soft finish will put a smile on everyone's face. This one is a great complement to any traditional meal
